SSL- Give a Little Time... Make a Big Difference
Student Service Learning (SSL) is a Maryland State Department of Education high school diploma requirement. A total of 75 Student Service Learning hours are needed for graduation. Deadlines for 2017-2018 School Year

Service performed during the summer, is due the last Friday in September (September 29, 2017)

Service performed during the 1st semester is due the first Friday in January (January 5, 2018)

Service performed during the 2nd semester is due the first Friday in June (June 1, 2018)
Parkland adheres to the county wide, MCPS deadlines. Students who anticipate difficulty meeting a deadline are asked to see Mrs. Garris BEFORE the deadline.
